THE
HOUSE
The
“Maison de Chapitre” is situated
within the historic old town. Probably
built as a bishop’s residence in
1486, the house was extended around 1600
and extensively renovated in the 18th
century. In the course of the last 25 years, the property has been meticulously restored. Consisting of four stories, it contains six bedrooms and six baths, three salons, two kitchens, a dining room, an art library, an artist’s atelier, a music room with grand piano, a loggia and a large roof terrace. The house mingles antique furniture
and carpets with an extensive collection
of contemporary art. Internet and satellite
connections are available. |
